With double-digit rate increases over the past several years, and increases expected to continue, we structure plans to help control group utilization, which helps control costs. Our goal is to educate employers and employees to get the most of their healthcare dollar and to ensure compliance with HIPAA, COBRA and other federal and state statutes. We remain up to date on current laws by attending education seminars and researching new products in all areas of our industry.
