Whether you are implementing a new group plan, changing carriers or benefits, we are committed to do employee meetings. At renewal or as needed, we visit each client to explain benefits to all covered employees. These meetings help each employee utilize the plan correctly to get the most from his/her healthcare dollar.

Renewal Analysis

Each year at renewal, HEB Group Insurance will review the current plan to see where it is in relation to the marketplace. We will make any necessary changes to control costs or move to a more competitive plan. We can provide bids from other carriers if desired, and work with the benefits administrator to make sure the employer’s and employees’ needs are satisfied.
